The confrontation escalated quickly when Anthony allegedly pulled out a knife, leading to Metcalf\u2019s fatal injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the incident, numerous fraudulent social media accounts have emerged, impersonating local officials. One of the alleged accounts claimed itself to be Frisco Police Chief David Shilson and another as the Collin County Medical Examiner\u2019s Office.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One widely circulated fake post falsely claimed that Metcalf died from an&nbsp;<em>\u201cMDMA drug overdose.\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>According to the post, a stab wound was a secondary cause of death.
