But while legal documents are now sealed, the drama is anything but private. Their very public clash is being broadcast live through the very platform Musk owns—X—where he recently stated, “I don’t know if the child is mine or not, but am not against finding out. No court order is needed.”Despite this uncertainty, Musk insisted he’s been financially generous. “Despite not knowing for sure, I have given Ashley $2.5M and am sending her $500k/year,” he posted. That generosity, however, seems to have evaporated. St. Clair claims Musk slashed the support for their son by 60%, a move she described as punitive and manipulative. The conflict escalated after DailyMail.com spotted St. Clair outside her Manhattan apartment selling her $100,000 Tesla Model S to Carvana. “I need to make up for the 60% cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” she reportedly said while handing over the keys. For her part, St. Clair is not holding back. “Elon, we asked you to confirm paternity through a test before our child (who you named) was even born. You refused,” she wrote in a fiery rebuttal on X. She accused Musk of financial control, claiming his payments weren’t personal generosity but child support that was later withdrawn to punish her.“You’re really only punishing your son,” she charged.According to St. Clair, the saga started when Musk “slid into her DMs” in May 2023. Their baby boy, whose initials are R.S.C., was conceived during a January 2024 trip to Saint Barthélemy. Though the child was born in September 2024, Musk has yet to publicly acknowledge the child as his own—communicating mostly through cryptic emojis and vague social media comments.St. Clair’s legal complaint, filed in February 2025, alleged that Musk ghosted her during child support negotiations and demanded secrecy about the pregnancy. When she refused to remain silent and took legal action, she says Musk retaliated by slashing financial support. Her court filing also painted Musk as an absentee father who met the child only three times—once for two hours, once for one hour, and a final 30-minute visit.“Respondent has never asked to see our child on any other occasion, he has never communicated to me about our child without my prompting, he has never asked for photos of our child or checked in after doctor’s appointments,” her statement claimed.Beyond emotional neglect, financial pressure also looms. According to sources close to the case, the billionaire imposed a “specific list of requirements” before providing support—requirements that included not publicly acknowledging him as the father. When St. Clair pushed back, things reportedly took a sharp turn.“He withdrew from her completely,” said a source. “When she went public, he never spoke to her again. And when this thing went into court, he cut the support payments way back. It’s a substantial reduction.”For St. Clair, the cut in support meant serious lifestyle changes. She lives in a rented three-bedroom apartment in downtown Manhattan, raising not only baby R.S.C. but also a three-year-old son from a previous relationship with chiropractor Johnny Alexander. With a nanny to assist, St. Clair bought a Tesla to accommodate both children, but she’s now been forced to sell it.“She’s been living on her own. She gets no logistical assistance from Elon,” said a source. “She’s punitively given much less money to raise this child than she’s ever had.”The legal battle intensified earlier in March when Musk’s attorneys successfully petitioned to have the case sealed, effectively limiting St. Clair’s ability to speak publicly. “The first thing he did when he went into court was to try to gag Ashley,” the source said. “Even as he was unilaterally cutting her support.”St. Clair, however, refuses to be silenced. In her March filings, she emphasized her willingness to accommodate Musk’s wishes, including relocating to Austin. But she alleges he changed plans and later chose not to be present at their child’s birth or participate in raising him.Court records indicate that Judge Jeffrey Pearlman recently granted an order compelling Musk to respond to the lawsuit or risk a default judgment. St. Clair’s lawyer submitted 12 exhibits in support of the motion, signaling the case is heating up.Despite the legal maneuvering, the heart of the matter appears deeply personal: a woman feeling abandoned by a man she once trusted, and a child allegedly left without a father figure.“Elon Musk is the richest man in the world, but treats the mother of his child as disposable,” said a close source. “It’s shocking and shameful.”For St. Clair, the sting goes deeper than money. She’s fighting for acknowledgment, for fairness, and for her son.“He has never communicated to me about our child without my prompting,” she said.Even more damning, she claims her last attempt to reach out was met with silence.“The last time I tried to speak to Musk was February 13. He did not respond,” she said. While Musk remains largely silent—his only input coming via vague social media posts—St. Clair’s message is loud and clear: she will not back down.“It’s ironic that your last effort in court was to try to gag me while you use a social media channel you literally own to distribute derogatory messages about me and our child to the entire world,” she told him.She ended with a scathing remark: “America needs you to grow up, you petulant man-child.”Musk has not replied. But as this personal battle unfolds in the public eye, it raises uncomfortable questions about power, accountability, and the obligations of even the world’s most powerful men when it comes to the most basic human responsibility—fatherhood.

In a social media firestorm that continues to unravel with each passing day, Elon Musk—the billionaire behind Tesla, SpaceX, and X—has made a bombshell declaration: despite shelling out at least …

[1

post-4466","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-home
["GET
