Erika Jayne<\/strong><\/a> is facing a $300,000 judgment after her lawyer, Jim Wilkes<\/strong><\/a>, failed to show up to a recent court hearing in Florida and made an error when he attempted to have the case against her dismissed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Days after attorney Ronald Richards<\/strong><\/a>, who is not involved in the case, shared the news of the potentially impending judgment<\/a> on social media on Friday, fans are learning more about the lawsuit against the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em><\/strong><\/a> star, which was filed by designer Marco Morante<\/strong> in Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to a March 31 report from The U.S. Sun<\/a>, Marco is suing Erika and her assistants, Laia Ribatallada<\/strong> and Michael \u201cMikey\u201d Minden<\/strong><\/a>, for over $300,000 each, accusing them of \u201ctortious interference with business relationships, tortious interference with contracts, defamation, [and] defamation by implication,\u201d among other accusations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Court will entertain a motion for default by Plaintiff,\u201d a recent court filing stated, noting that a trial may not be necessary before the judgment is enforced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his post shared on X last week, Ronald wrote, \u201c[Erika Jayne] is in hot water now and is on the verge of losing this lawsuit.\u201d However, she and her fellow defendants have all denied wrongdoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As RHOBH<\/em> fans may recall, Erika was also sued in California by Christopher Psaila<\/strong>, Marco\u2019s partner at his Marco Marco design studio, whom she accused of making up to<\/a> $900,000 in unauthorized charges to her American Express credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his $18 million lawsuit, Christopher alleged that Erika had worked with a Secret Service agent with connections to her now-estranged husband<\/a>, Thomas Girardi<\/strong><\/a>, 85, in an effort to pursue her claims against him and his studio, which included wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the case against Christopher was dismissed in September 2021, he has continued with his lawsuit against Erika, alleging \u201cmalicious prosecution and conspiracy,\u201d and recently, her motion to dismiss the California case was denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following Erika\u2019s claims against him and Marco Marco, Christopher accused Erika of trying to ruin his business and his life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cChris Psaila suffered extreme emotional distress, financial harm to his business, Marco Marco, and extreme emotional, psychological, and physical injuries as a result of the four and one-half years battle against these illicit charges,\u201d his attorney previously said in a statement. \u201cMr. Psaila\u2019s business lost clients, retailers, and employees, resulting in lost profits and goodwill totaling tens of millions of dollars.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

News of the potential $300,000 judgment against Erika comes as the RHOBH<\/em> star prepares to head to trial<\/a> to address a $24 million lawsuit against her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
